How to get key services

Customer Service Center:

All types of complaints including new power connection, power outage / bill / meter-related complaints, bill payment arrangements can be reported at the "Customer Service Center" of the power supply department and information on such matters can be found.

Complaint of power outage:

If you report a power outage at the designated "Complaint Center" or "Customer Service Center", you will be notified of the complaint number and possible processing time. Disposal will be arranged within 24 hours to rectify your power outage in the order of complaint number. In some cases, if it is not possible to rectify the power outage within the stipulated time, the customer will be informed.
